actually on checking dictionary.com its not, its the outline of an object formed on a vertical plane passed through the object at right angles to it's x or y axis.
what I meant to say was perspective or objective view. not that it matters... XD

I like the profile of the GD's head a lot as it is sketchy yet detailed.
The mouth looks a bit disproportionate though, I think the 'fan' should be slightly bigger.
Possibly. The 'fan' as you put it, has grown larger and larger. I can always use the excuse that "the GD's a shape-shifter.
